Struggling With Tremendous Saddness By Writing Via The Pain

36 months ago, I started simply writing a fiction for tweens, Belle in the Slouch Hat. This is a story about a young girl who seeks revenge after her brother was killed in the Civil War. I purposely started the storyline for my grandchildren; and I needed something to fill an emptiness in me as a result of the loss of my beloved mother, and another special woman in my life. They died within two months of each other.

Every time someone we love dies, we have to grieve; there is no way to avoid it. Everyone must move through the sorrow and agony in their own way. My course of action was writing.

After the loss of those I cherished, it felt just as if something was hindering my agony and protecting me through the cruelty and hopelessness in connection with death. To this day, there’s no doubt that ıt had been the Holy Spirit helping me through by far the most trying times during my life. You many decide to call it something different, but I believe it was the Holy Spirit. Eventually after that, the reality of the deaths set in and I had no choice but to endure the next phase of losing someone you love, the grieving process.

At the age of sixy-one, I sat at my computer; I began to craft, and I began to recover. I started out writing a novel without the full comprehension of what I was coming into. I didn’t stop to bear in mind the number of hours that I would so willingly give to it, nor did I stop to think there was a correct way of doing it, all I know was I had to write. Sometimes it was down-right physically, mentally, and emotionally painful; other times, I felt drained of every once of energy in my body. Occasionally, my sense of meaning and my most treasured beliefs about life were challenged.

There seemed to be basically no timeline for when I needed to finish; and no one could dictate to me when it could be finished. It required a long time; not a day, not only a month, not just one year, but two full years.

Excluding the first three pages of my book, I didn’t come with an order, or a plot ot follow, I just needed to write. I even built a imaginary barrier around me and didn’t want anyone to know just what exactly I was writing, except my better half.

The more often I wrote, the more I needed to create. Writing gave me an avenue to cry, to laugh, and also have a journey. Unconsciously, I had put together my own support group with the personalities in my story. For me, it absolutely was a secure place to express my sentiments and work through my tremendous saddness. I also found the best way for me to commenorate those I loved.

Programs of self improvement and the law of attraction often contain references to vibrating or vibrational frequency.  Have you run into them yet?  What are they talking about?  What is the law of vibration?

The law of vibration, at its most basic, asserts that the universe, and everything in it, is made up of energy.

One of the basics we learned in physics or chemistry is that everything is made up of molecules.  Molecules are made up of energy.  Protons, neutrons, electrons.

You are made up of molecules too, which means that you are nothing but energy.  Your clothes are made of energy.  Your car is made of energy.  Your house is made of energy.

The law of vibration is just that, at its most elemental.

The obvious question, though, is this: if everything is composed of energy, why is everything so different?  It’s pretty hard to conceive of wood and water both being composed of the exact same thing.

What makes things different is the vibration rate of the energy they’re made of.  The energy is vibrating at a different frequency.  Look at water in its three different forms.  The water molecules in ice vibrate very slowly, but they vibrate faster in water. When water turns to steam, the molecules vibrate so quickly that they separate and become airborne.

Here’s the next question: what’s all this exposition of physics and molecules mean to me?

Here’s where things get interesting.  Guess what else has a specific vibrational frequency?  The wealthy, the happy, the fit and healthy, and those in fulfilling romantic relationships – all have their own vibrational frequencies.

Thus, if your goal is to manifest, in your own life, a happy and loving relationship, you need to have the vibrational frequency of someone in a happy and loving relationship.

How do you do this? Watch the people who already have great relationships. They’ll send signals about how they think and act.  Then – and this might be more difficult than it appears – you pattern your own thinking and actions accordingly. Watch someone who is charming and funny.  Watch a couple that is so deeply in love with one another.  After some practice, you’ll be able to tell the characteristics they’ve got that helped them get into those great relationships.  Then all you have to do is develop those same characteristics.

This, then, is the meaning of statements like “I’m vibrating like a millionaire!”  They are acting and thinking like those who’ve gotten what they themselves want – and that’s how they’ll achieve it as well.

To achieve financial success, you have to learn to think like someone who’s already achieved financial success.  Is financial risk-taking something that wealthy people avoid like the plague?  No, financially successful people are always interested in earning more money, and will look into all such opportunities seriously, and will invest when they think it’s justified.  If financial success is one of your goals, you have to learn to think and act the same way.  Do the financially successful waste time fretting about money and denying themselves the good things in life because of affordability?  Of course they don’t!  Of course, I’m not telling you to be irresponsible with your money here (millionaires aren’t irresponsible with money either), but as long as you believe and act like you are poor and struggling, guess what?  When you think and act like a poor person, that will remain your reality because of the law of vibration.

I hope you understand how the law of vibration works now.  You can achieve your goals more quickly if you can implement your understanding of the law of vibration, which is an essential component of the manifestation process.

A high resolution camera can even record the smallest of dust lying on the floor. You can zoom the image and see it, but normally we do not care to go in this detail. But the fact of the matter is, this dust is actually there, we simply do not seem to realize it.

A situation can actually come to life when you are able to make your mind focus more on the dust (or the goal in your life) and when this happens, your subconscious mind will send you relevant information about his dust evertime it records something about it.So it is important to make your subconscious mind realize that you are interested and serious about the dust (your goal of life). For the law of attraction, the greatest barrier is our suppression of frustration and disappointment. We tend to bury negative moods deep inside. When we suppress these feelings, we all hope that eventually it will go away and things will get better. * Write a Letter: When you cannot control your suppressed feelings any more, write to Mr. Stranger you imagined. Write out the annoying things which upset you and do not stop until you feel better.

* Cry as aloud as you like: Tears will help letting your suppressed feelings out. Find somewhere there is no body but you and cry. Once you’re done, you’ll feel a lot better than you did before you started crying.

Release yourself from those low feelings because they will prevent you from being happy. So just do it, cry aloud, shout out in letter those sufferings you have hidden for long. Once things are done, you will feel refreshed, and get back to your normal state.

A general self-improvement plan should include how to get organized and how to improve your skills in managing your time. Here are some time management tips.

Accept the fact that we cannot rely too much on our memories.

The human mind is exposed to a hurricane of information every day. As a result the mind does a very nice filtering process and very little of what we see and hear is retained in our minds. So instead of depending on our very selective memory, an improvement would be to depend on a piece of paper instead.

Carry a tiny scribbling pad and a pen with you all the time.

The moment you fix an appointment or are asked to attend a meeting, improve yourself by jotting it down in the scribbling pad. Do not bother about others laughing at you. You will have the last laugh in the end.

It is crucial to have your goals lined up of what needs to be done for the day written down and do not do any other task until you have the goals for the day finished. Set up specific times to take at least 1 /2 hour breaks for yourself. This will keep you from getting stressed out and overwhelmed with your work. It is really important not to let anything distract you from your goals. Because it is easy to get off track from such things as phone calls, people stopping by ect… and once your off track it is hard to get back on track.

So you need to disciple yourself to staying on track. Here are just a few things that you can learn to say or do that will help you avoid those distractions.The fist thing is that you can unplug your phone or let the answering machine take a message. You can lock your door or do not answer the door if someone knocks at your door.

* The real key also is to not let any thing distract you and get you off track of your work. Example of this would be do not answer the phone  either unplug the phone or let the answering machine take a message.  Do  not answer the door or if you do let who ever is at the door know that you are busy and this is not a good time. If you have a favorite show that is on early in the day when you need to be working on your responsibilities then tape it so that you can watch it later.

The key to be able to get more done in less time is to know what needs to be done. Do not do any thing else until you have accomplished your work and do not let any thing interrupt your work.

Now go get busy applying this in your own life.

You will be really surprised at how much free time you really have to accomplish what you need and want to get done.

There are distinct processes that enhance problem identification and idea generation and, similarly, distinct processes that enhance idea selection, development and commercialisation. Whilst there is no sure fire route to commercial success, these processes improve the probability that good ideas will be generated and selected and that investment in developing and commercialising those ideas will not be wasted.

Dismayed, Howard left the factory on the north side of town and walked downtown by the lines of people waiting in front of the YMCA building for some meager portions of food. He watched as the government official scooped up soup and tore off pieces of bread for each needy person. He kept walking and kept thinking. Now is an excellent time for a family business to step back and take a look at what is going on in their industry, what the business’s unique strengths are (that is, those that cannot be copied by your competition), and how these might be leveraged into new opportunities. What have your customers been complaining about, and how might you address these complaints? What do your salespeople describe as the real reason you are unable to win over those prospects, and how might these objections be overcome? What are your suppliers saying about other companies to which they provide products or services, and are there areas where you are superior to these competitors? What products or services have you been thinking about developing and offering in the marketplace? Answers to these questions can serve to generate thoughts that can be filtered down to a meaningful list of potential innovation opportunities-be they new products, new markets to serve, or a superior way to manufacture your product or bring it to market.

a) Businessmen scored low in creativity until they were asked to pretend to be happy go lucky hippies, when their creativity ratings skyrocketed.

c) People are more likely to express inappropriate ideas, as they are able to give the impression that it is not really what they would say.

d) People are able to quickly switch between personalities by putting on different masks – and instantly change their approach.

The Law of Attraction has been both misunderstood and oversimplified, mainly in that the key to the Law of Attraction has been stated to be “feeling good,” or “vibrating on a higher frequency.” For example, it has been claimed that if you focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want, infuse that with lots of positive emotions, then whatever you want is already on its way. Sometimes someone happens to mention in passing that part of the equation involves listening to your intuition and perhaps using your inner discernment, but interestingly those elements are almost never discussed thoroughly. Yet it is your connection to your higher self and your confidence in that inner part of you that’s critical to manifesting on a higher level. That is because the higher self happens to be the access point to interconnectedness and its gifts (favorable synchronicities, insights, and universal cooperation), as well as the source of true self confidence.

These books however do serve an important purpose. They reinforce the idea that people have the potential to take charge of their lives and make their lives better. It puts the responsibility back on the individual to “grow” and look for solutions by offering some solutions. The message generally is that by taking charge of life all kinds of things which seem impossible become possible.

In a “My Turn” article in Newsweek Magazine (12/1/08) Kim Lute, a young woman with many serious and chronic medical problems, speaks out for redefining what it means to be healthy. By all counts medically speaking she is unhealthy however she sees herself as healthy.

If you can create within yourself a totally congruent mindset, you can achieve limitless wealth, success and self fulfillment. The trick of course is in creating this congruent mindset. you must first define what wealth means to you, set a target or goals you wish to achieve, eliminate all self-limiting behaviors and thoughts in your mind and then take the necessary actions required to achieve your goals.

If when thinking about your goals, you get nothing but good feelings of joy and happiness, then and only then will you create this new reality. Miracles are at hand if you simply use the power of your mind. People, things, opportunities and all the underlying energy of the universe will become resonant with you if you simply develop a congruent wealth mindset

TIME MANAGEMENT

You need to know exactly where you are and where you want to be in order to improve anything. So determining that your time management skills are bad, and learning how to get better and where you want to be is time well spent. Yet, in saying that if you have been looking for time management information for days now, and are still searching for a perfect solution, there’s a chance you’re procrastinating. Simply one characteristic of someone with poor time management.

So what can you do to start enhancing your time management immediately?

Make lists and prioritize

Often it’s not that people are not effective with their time rather, they simply do not spend the time they have doing the right things. We’re all guilty of this at one time or another, but some of us are habitual with it. The simplest approach to determine if you do this is to make a list every morning, or the night before of the things you need/want to achieve the following or that day. Once you have your list, prioritize the items from greatest to least importance. Now spend a day and perform the responsibilities in the order you prioritized them. This does a couple of things.

a.) It tells you what you need to accomplish in a day. Hence you now have certain urgency simply because you know there are various other tasks to accomplish and not just the one you’re currently working on.

b.) It assures that the most important items are being taken care of first.

There are times when we cannot finish every item on our list but leastwise we accomplished the most important issues first.

Learn to say no

You cannot do everything for everybody. If you have a list of twenty things but have just time for 10 of them in a day then it’s difficult to accept extra activities from others. Of course you will find trade offs that a more essential job could come along and you exchange it for another job you were going to do that day. This gets into another discussion on life priorities such as buddies, family, career. Keep in mind balance is also essential. But you cannot do everything so if the boss wants you to work late that night, but you’re expected to see your son’s hockey game, you have to be capable to say no somewhere.

Do not book every moment of your day

Now while we’ve preached lists, daily organization, and learning to say no, you do have to keep some room for flexibility. Booking up each and every moment of your day to ensure that you are on a minute-by-minute schedule could be a huge problem if a mini crisis occurs in the day that wasn’t taken into account.

Use other tools

Utilizing day planners, or PDA’s to keep a record of appointments and to do lists will save time and encourage organization on all sorts. Also keeping great contact information whether it be in a contact database on your computer or in an address book will conserve time when you have to contact individuals.

To deal with work stress, you need to make sure you have enough rest and relaxation in between so your body can recover from the tremendous amount of work.
